PROGRAM POLICIES
Teen Driver Education
Teen Driver Education consists of classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel lessons according to the package purchased. Missouri permit and licensing requirements remain the responsibility of the student and parent. Students are expected to arrive prepared, attentive, and ready to participate.
Adult Driver Training
Adult driving lessons are customized according to the student’s experience and ability. Lessons focus on defensive driving, confidence building, parking, highway driving, city driving, and preparation for the Missouri driving examination.
Road Test Services
Students using a Savedrivers Services vehicle for a Missouri Road Test must satisfy all eligibility requirements established by the Driving School. Students must possess all legally required documents before the scheduled appointment.
Road Test appointments include only the services purchased in the selected package.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Students must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled using the booking confirmation email, by calling and leaving voicemail, or by texting 314-374-4603.
If cancelling outside normal business hours, the voicemail must include:
• Student Name
• Appointment Date
• Appointment Time
• Instructor Name (if known)
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the lesson cost if Savedrivers Services was not successfully notified by phone call, voicemail, email, or text.
Same-Day Cancellation / No Show
Same-day cancellations are considered No Shows.
If the instructor arrives at the scheduled pickup location and the student is absent, the instructor will wait fifteen (15) minutes before leaving.
The full lesson fee will be charged.
Package Lessons
Lessons missed without proper notice will be deducted from prepaid lesson packages without refund.
Emergency rescheduling within twenty-four hours may be approved solely at the discretion of Savedrivers Services and subject to instructor availability.
Repeated Cancellations
Repeated cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future scheduling.
Students will be notified if scheduling restrictions become necessary.
Instructor or School Cancellation
If Savedrivers Services cancels a lesson because of weather, instructor illness, vehicle issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge or refunded if rescheduling cannot be accommodated.
Refund Policy
Unused prepaid lessons may be refunded within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Refunds will be reduced by:
• Lessons already completed
• Applicable cancellation charges
• Administrative fees were permitted
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days.
Policy Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies, severe weather, or other verified unavoidable circumstances at the sole discretion of Savedrivers Services Driving School.
SAFETY POLICY
Safety of both the student and instructor is the highest priority.
The instructor may immediately terminate any lesson whenever the safety of persons or property is threatened.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Failure to follow instructor directions
• Dangerous driving behavior
• Reckless operation of the vehicle
• Aggressive or abusive conduct
• Any unsafe condition deemed hazardous by the instructor
If a lesson is terminated for safety reasons, the lesson fee may be considered earned and no refund shall be required.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INFORMED CONSENT
In consideration of participating in classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel driving lessons (collectively, the “Driving Lessons”), the undersigned acknowledges and agrees as follows:
1. Participation in the Driving Lessons is voluntary.
2. The student has had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the Driving Lessons.
3. The student represents that he or she is physically capable of participating and has no known condition that would make participation unsafe.
4. The student understands that operating a motor vehicle involves inherent risks including serious bodily injury, property damage, disability, communicable disease exposure, and death.
5. The student voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
6. The student releases and forever discharges Savedrivers Services Driving School, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, insurers, successors, assigns, and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the Driving Lessons, including claims fully resulting from ordinary negligence permitted by Missouri law.
7. The student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, expenses, attorney fees, or liabilities arising from participation in the Driving Lessons.
8. This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Missouri.
9. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
AGREEMENT
I certify that I have carefully read this entire Enrollment Agreement, Cancellation Policy, Safety Policy, and Release of Liability.
I understand and voluntarily agree with all terms contained herein.
